Every consultant, graded on the numbers you already log: consults scheduled, consults held, and enrollments (refund-adjusted). Live from the performance sheet. Find your name, see your grade, your close rate, your trend, and the commission you've earned.
Each consultant gets a grade (S–F) built from the two things that matter: how often a held consult becomes an enrollment, and how much volume they carry. It mirrors the Easton GM Station's grade logic, calibrated to Art of the Dog's own numbers.
Close rate = Net Enrollments ÷ Consults Held (Net = Enrollments + Refund Adjustment). It's the money metric, so it alone sets a floor and a ceiling on the grade. A strong closer is protected from falling far even on light volume; a weak closer can't be lifted above their tier no matter how much volume they run.
Where you land between your floor and ceiling is set by volume (consults held vs the busiest consultant), so the workhorses are rewarded. A low-volume consultant sits near their floor, not below it. Held rate (held ÷ scheduled) is shown for context but not graded, because whether a booked consult shows up is only partly on the consultant.
A 100% close rate on 5 consults isn't the same bet as 45% on 300. Close rates from small samples are regressed toward the team average until there's enough volume to trust them. Under held consults a consultant is marked provisional — read it as a hint, not a verdict.
This Month is the current calendar month to date, Trailing 30 is the last 30 days, and Season is the full year. Grades, close rates, and trends recompute for whichever you pick.
Straight from the Support Team Commission Structure. Baseline is $15 per dog. To unlock a higher per-dog rate, a consultant must complete ≥ 40 held consults in the calendar month; then that month's close rate (net enrollments ÷ held) sets the rate:
| Monthly close rate | Per dog | vs baseline |
|---|---|---|
| under 50% | $15 | — |
| 50% – 55% | $20 | +$5 |
| 55% – 60% | $25 | +$10 |
| 60% and up | $30 | +$15 |
Commission is pooled. Each consultant earns their own per-dog rate on the whole team's dogs that month, not just their own — everyone shares in every sale, at a rate set by their individual close tier and the 40-consult gate. Refunds are already deducted.
Owners are graded and ranked but never earn commission. Their sales still count toward the team's pool and the team bonus.
$1,000 team bonus. Any calendar month the team's net sales reach 52, a flat $1,000 is split equally among that month's active (≥ 1 consult) non-owner consultants. It shows as its own banner and a separate line on each card, kept apart from the per-dog commission.
Each card shows this month to date in the monthly and trailing views and YTD all-in (pooled commission + team bonus) in the season view; team totals sit up in The Read.
The trend arrow compares each consultant's last 3 weeks of close rate to the 3 before. The Read up top turns the board into a plain-English briefing: who's up, who's down, who to talk to, and what the team is earning.
